Hi! Take some weird dinosaur facts and be on your way!
- Pterosaurs (which are not dinosaurs) are almost always found as flat fossils, because their bones were so light and air-filled that they collapse under pressure before they can fully mineralize.
- Mosasaurs (also not dinosaurs) were freaking huge. I got to see a skull of one and it blew my mind. You could fit a whole child in there without blinking, and if it wanted to take about half of your body, you would have no say in the matter.
- Therizinosaurus is a demon among dinosaurs: it looks like it would listen to Fall Out Boy and do piercings at Claire’s, or maybe hang out with Edward Scissorhands.
