Christmas!

After two years, finally we had a Christmas with the whole family back under the same roof. Everyone’s energy was infectious and delightful all day long, especially with the sheer gift-giving game. From commissioning a local artist to painting one of mom’s favorite walks to 2-foot-long goose stuffed animals, everyone lost their minds. I myself am now the owner of a t-rex lamp, an extremely cool jacket, and many other awesome things that are going to make my vibes incredible.

We’re also babysitting our neighbor’s dog, Ruby, so it was a double-doodle Christmas. They both got toys and happily broke the law of the magic curtain. While we were having breakfast, June snuck underneath and came back joyfully squeaking her new squeaky burger. Ruby soon followed.

I’m so happy to get to be with everybody and experience this level of closeness and love.
